My initial concern was that due to a lack of a security bar to prevent the guitars falling off the stand they may be insecure however that is not the case

May have to hang a banjo with a thinner neck with tuning pegs at rear with the strings facing the wall as it may rest on the tuning pegs doesn’t bother me though it’s hanging up safely

In our old victorianera house this can be quite tricky with crumbling plaster direct on the face of bricks or else plasterboard which looks like a wall but isn’t really

When i reattached that particular hanger i had to drill out an enormous cavity and secure a block of wood directly to the bricks using large raw plugs and heavyweight bolts before reattaching said hanger
