Pros

Really clever little thingy. I'm so glad i bought this because it has literally changed my life. Holy cow is this thing amazing!

Most days there's an area that tightens up shortly after i wake up. You know the type--when whatever muscle it is just goes squeezes tight and can be sore for days. Great for on the thighs, hamstrings and your calfs too.

It is flexible yet sturdy and really loosens the knots without me having to act like a contortionist. It is durable with just a little bit of flex.

This is a real life saver. Makes a great gift for the active, sore person. May be a cure eventually.

Cons

In would have expected a vibrating massage not a stick. The plastic is too soft and it bends away as soon as you put any force into it.
