Pop-up defender is adjustable in height and nicely balanced. Only problem with this product is that it's a bit flimsy and falls over easily. Was enjoyed by a 10 yr old boy who loves basketball.

It also helps him with dribbling around it and shooting. It forces him to get a better arc to shoot over the d man.

The pole is to flimsy. Any amount of heat and the base pole bends/breaks. The plastic back pole holding it up got so soft in the florida sun that it actually bent and is unusable.

Both of them refuse to stand up straight. Once i set up, is not straight it is leaning forward. I'm so upset my boys were looking forward to this!
