I dont know about the rest of you who have had problems with this product breaking but for me the part that kept breaking was the string that connected the ball to the elastic

When my two consecutive products broke i wanted it to work so bad i even tried taping the broken string back together

From there make a knot at the bottom of the lace pull it up into the core to secure it then make a loop with the other end of the lace through the metal loop that connects it to the elastic
