Pros

It's made in thailand. Now that i've used the band, i find the video on the product page to be more informative.

Some exercises include strapping this across your back and arms. The band comes with a booklet with arm and leg strength-building exercises. Like all my bands, i use gloves as the edges of the band can dig into your hand if using the band alone.

Band is an incremental step towards being able to do more pull-ups on your own. I know this will help me to achieve my fitness goal of doing pull ups unassisted. Excellent band for stretching and strengthening.

This is a thicker, stronger and trusted product in sporting good i know. Great quality, good resistance (not because of band thickness, the reason is that this band is shorter (40 inches) than the competition.

Remember to inspect the bands for signs of wear, or little cuts, or defects. I read users' reviews of other brands, and the biggest complaint was the other brands either broke apart easily or the resistance was weak. No complaints on my end.
