I am sorta able to use this and explained to the customer service person that we are still using it and dont want to be without a net in the height of the lacrosse preseason and have gotten no response

After a couple of days i was contacted by email and was told that i had to ship the faulty netting back on my own dime and it would be replaced after the damaged one is sent back
