Pros

Great for resisted movement training for athletes of all levels. Allows the athlete to move in multiple directions throughout the drill. Works on resisted speed training, reaction, quickness and endurance.

Cons

Seems like cheap polyester webbing materials were used. Package is neat with the band and harness, but it is just not nearly the resistance i was expecting.
