Pros

This training * is awesome for sprinters training for speed. The * inflates easy and quickly on its own. Also helped his stamina, breathing and leg strength.

English is good throughout, with good diagrams and instructions. Really affordable, massive quality and great durability.

The waistband has an easy cinching adjustment. The only problem i have with this parachute is the waist strap.

Cons

Now he's faced with trying his hand with his questionable sewing or gorilla tape skillz or going through the hoops to return it.

There is just no way in * that a full grown athlete would have any trouble running full speed with thing on his/her back. Of course this is subjective as alluded to in my previous review of the recoil.

Like i said earlier, it works, its durable (had it for 2 years now), implement it right.

Bought this to help my teenager out with his speed drills and such, turns out you have to get them to run for it to work.
