It provides hours of painless “bonus’ training for soccer players of any age and ability. My family includes two aspiring soccer players.

The cord length is easily adjustable and the extra cord stores right in the handle. The way the ball can spin on the string makes it so much better than other trainers which have a mesh bag surrounding the ball.

The size 1 ball makes learning control and angles that much faster. It is a useful tool for refining coordination and other ball handling skills. It helps build hand and eye coordination.

Size one soccer ball is attached to an adjustable cord with a hand grip. Thetether removes the need for a partner and keeps the ball connected. We live in the midwest so winter is a no-go for soccer unless it is indoor.

Horrible product. Cannot lengthen the cord.
