The size 1 ball is great for portability as well as for improving control. It is a useful tool for refining coordination and other ball handling skills.

The cord length is easily adjustable and the extra cord stores right in the handle. The way the ball can spin on the string makes it so much better than other trainers which have a mesh bag surrounding the ball.

Thetether removes the need for a partner and keeps the ball connected. Comes ready to use in sturdy packaging.

Cons

Horrible product. Cannot lengthen the cord.
