Russian getups are my favorite and this sandbag makes it better than a kettlebell. Will get an even better workout at home now. I use to do cross training pre-quarantine and have been looking to add to my home workout equipment.

Cons

Material is cheap and can’t withstand the weight. Anything past that eliminates the benefits of sandbag training. Canvas is searing holes in it.

Sandbags are defective. Sand leaks out very easily. The 4 bags together carry less than 25 lbs. Next no way anyone if going to fit all 4 of these bags of sand, with 10lbs of sand in them into the larger lifting bag.
