Two lessons learned: the string is really long, we have a big backyard so it works but you need about 20 ft of open space to stretch it out fully; also, the clip that attaches it to the loop at the pole (or whatever you anchor it to) is plastic and not super strong so it sometimes releases which makes the ball and string go flying (again you need space).  Read Less
