The battery life is the 6 hours it says for each bud but if you use ambient mode its closer to 4

Which the ambient mode feature is really useful and picks up just about anything you would need to hear and can be activated or deactivated with a specific touch command

It comes with 3 different in ear cushion sizes 2 ear rings for lack of a better word so you really shouldnt have any trouble getting them to fit
