The sound volume is so inconsistent that i find myself adjusting the volume all the time, or unplugging and replugging the jack into my phone in an attempt to reboot them. There is a crackling noise in one ear, it is not my phone or laptop.

I absolutely love these ear buds they fit nice and cozy in my ears and great sound filters with clarity another thing that is great about these ear buds is the mic works good and the cords not too long i definitely recommend these 😁👍

Ive used skull candy earbuds for more than 10 years for work im on conference calls all day and they have never failed
