There's a constant white noise in the background whenever it's playing. The microphone is fickle, one minute it works then stops.

Compared to my old headset this new one is extremely flimsy and cheap. It rotates on my neck constantly pulling out the poorly designed earbuds. The neck halo is too short and too stiff compared to monster isport.
