Pros & Cons
Pros
This is more a competitive speaker to the jvc clip style, although i think that one sounds better. It's super durable and seriously seems to hold up to anything without even getting a scratch on it. No complaints at all.
The passive radiators provide good bass in conjunction with the level of loudness. It has a tiny footprint but packs a big sound that doesn't sound tiny or hollow. I wish it was a bit louder but i am satisfied with my purchase.
It’s a speaker meant to go in a backpack. This mini speaker performs like a champ!
Charging is 5v/2a over usb-c, and c-to-c charging seems to work. The battery lasts really long.
It connects easily. Allows it to be plugged in without worrying about having the plug oriented in the right direction.
Highlights
Quality
The sound quality is great, and we love the look and portability of this speaker.
It gets loud enough for my needs and the quality is good enough to hear voices clearly.
Lasted through the rest of the week (about 12 hrs of play time, maybe more), and still has at least 50% charge left.
After a bit of testing i figured out the volume actually peaks at 5 clicks down from max volume.
Price
For the money it is totally worth it!
10/10, absolutely recommend, for the price and the features this has, i don't think you can beat this speaker.
Even though the wonderboom was 100$, it lasted about 3-4 days (using it in the evenings for 3-4 hours while relaxing).
For the price, to me the sound quality is very good.
Shipping
It was delivered 2 blocks away to someone else's address.
"yes the amazing universe is conspiring in my favor now.
No problems with the product itself, but i was notified that my delivery was dropped off at my doorstep and it wasn't.
Competitiveness
To compare, i have a bose sound link and a sony rectangular model no longer available, a jvc and a braven all in that $100 ish ... Read More
