Pros

The microscope and camera is itself fantastic. However i am blown away by the quality of this devise. It’s fun and inexpensive, seems solidly built.

This one has a focus knob so we were looking at a moth and could focus on the head that was closer to the camera or the legs near the table. It also has adjustable brightness of the leds that light up your specimen. Third, turn on the microscope.

Nice clear picture with decent magnification. The photos i added show the two magnifications you can get. Picture 1 is my carpet. Picture 3 is a mexican lime.

Cons

It isn't compatible with my phone, so i had to use my tablet; slightly inconvenient but not a show stopper. If the unit only accepts a certain wideband they should tell you boldly in the ad. I have yet to try the option where it connects to my cellpho... Read More

It's garbage. It's overpriced and 40. It is not worth the aggravation. Nothing * me off more then a product that doesn't work as advertised.

The only magnified images i have are two of a dime and one of a super tiny snake that i wanted to get macro photos of. While you can see the stylus,any further screen magnification (this is highest setting on camera and app) shows pixellation so large... Read More

Image is always split in half and lagging, pixelated by rows, or just showing a green screen on half the image. The iphone's inbuilt magnifier is much better and stable. Does zoom in but quality is sub par.

The zoom is really difficult to use without excessive force. It's fine if you are only going to use it on your desktop with the stand. For what i need this for it is just unusable and also unacceptable in terms of function.

Very good and easy to use softwares the camera is very bright to see.

It would be great if i could focus it on my phone because the focus dial is very difficult to maintain without bumping and wiggling it.

Minuses: unable to download app for macbook so you will have to transfer photos from iphone to pc to upload to emr.

It's affordable, easy to store, and good quality.

You shouldn’t expect that for the price you pay.

But for 1/15 of a cost of a regular and bulky tool i am ok with those.

This product came very quickly for a father's day gift.

Ordered and received the item in under 18 hours….

The first version arrived in time, but it did not work at all.

However, the seller made it good by shipping me a replacement unit.

I opened the box and allowed the scope to fully charge and i also downloaded the app and installed it on my iphone 13 pro max.
