So my first one i almost sent back because i thought it was broken but i either put the rechargeable battery in wrong or hadnt turned off fan to charge because it worked after i switched this stuff around

It was good that the item is powered by a rechargeable lithium battery but it came with a warning on the package about the battery which was required
