The noise cancellation is pretty good, obviously if your doing outdoor physical activities you still want to hear environmental noises for safety reasons. It connects seamlessly, cancels outside noise and the sound is crystal clear.

I like the fabrication it doesn’t put pressure on my head. My migraines typically start at the front/top of my forehead and temples. It's very simple to use and works well for me to reduce migraine pains.

It connects to my iphone in seconds, after power on via bluetooth. This eliminates the need for the charging wire. The packaging is awesome and comes with everything you need to start using the headband right away.

I play a sleep story to fall asleep which lasts 30-60 minutes. And then. I now essentially am left with a sleep mask.

The earpieces are not covered with foam, won’t stay in place, they keep slipping around in the band. The sound is not as good. It's a little fuzzy as if the speakers are not quite in sync.

When its running low on battery it screams low battery. Still connects to bluetooth but cannot hear a thing.
