I was very concerned to buy this mattress online and the shipping did take a couple of extra days.

Two day shipping, easy to unpack and set-up with help from my wife.

Packaging/appearance

I did notice a little smell from the mattress when it came out of the packaging but its been 72ish hours now and the smell is gone.

It comes out of the box like a giant taco due to the necessary way that it is packaged but within 2 days it was flat and normal looking.

I also emailed them and the reply said that the taylor would be the best match but i had already ordered the skylar.

Competitiveness

Wasn't looking for any boxspring mattresses, just gel memory foam.

I did the research comparing this to other brands and models.

So 2 months ago costco had a tempur-pedic event and i ordered the firm.

Not quite as nice as our tempur-pedic but a good value for the price.
