And its the reason why i only gave it a 4 star is because it has this weird crinkle sound when you lay on it like you are laying your head down on plastic

My pillow arrived in an oversized shipping box and wasnt compressed at all

It collapsed down considerably during use and appears to be much softer than what they advertised it to be a medium firm pillow

The cover appears to be tightly woven high thread count fabric with double stitched seam

It is odd that the cover is advertised to be machine washable but its permanently stitched on all four sides

You cant take the cover off and throw it in the washing machine
