Pros
Purchased this to replace an old one that was purchased over 5 years ago. Will continue to purchase replacements as required. My older similar product is very old, so i am delighted to find this one.
I personally sleep on the higher side, as the curvature offers excellent neck support. I'm a side sleeper and saw many sites and review recommending this type of pillow.
Cons
At the time of purchase yosic didn't have any reviews. My guess is that the outfit changes names after its racked up a number of negative reviews to keep buyers unaware.

Price
My first pillow lasted 5 years which is the length of the warranty but the price has gone up over 5 years.
Packaging/appearance
The firm ones are so firm that it takes 5-10 seconds for your head to mold into the pillow.

Yes this is memory foam and there are firmer ones out there but this is not what i would call firm
