Pros

It's so good that i want to buy backups in case it's ever unavailable, lol. This is one of the greatest bargains on amazon as the quality totally rivals national brands that cost five times more money!

Cons

Pass this one up, folks. The longevity just isn't there. The 20 year warranty is worthless. It's more of a hassle to return it.

The bed gives way under the slightest pressure, constantly bottoming out for any reason. My partner dislikes this mattress so much that he would rather sleep on the couch than in bed because it bothers his back so much.

The mattress has a lingering toxic chemical smell that has not gone away at all after 2 days. The gassing fumes permeate my sheets and pillow. It's disappointing that it developed mold.

I underwent an l-5/s-1 spinal fusion last year so i’m really picky with mattress quality and comfort.

Now i’m married and have a 7 year old and this mattress is still firm, in amazing shape and sleeps comfortably!

That mattress was good for about two years and then it just became all valleys and mountains and never recovered, and it was hot.

I turned on the ceiling fan over it and the odor had completely dissipated within about 6 hours.

This is the mattress you need at a price you can afford!

This mattress replaced our 10 year old serta icomfort memory foam mattress that we had paid about $1200 for.

If you’re looking for an inexpensive purchase that will last you a long time, i cannot state enough how amazing this lil old mattress is!

I also couldn’t believe how affordable it is.

Shipping

Took a few weeks for delivery to alaska, but expected.

I received a replacement faster than my initial order.

Packaging/appearance

About 20 minutes after all the packaging was removed, i noticed a very slight odor.

I’m assuming by looks of it that it was rolled up off the assembly line and shrink packaged with excessive glue or still hot.

They packaged and wrapped it with so much plastic.
