Pros

The frame fits a queen-sized bed perfectly. It is much more sturdier than conventional box springs made of wood.

Cons

The zinus folding box spring is garbage. The folding idea is neat on paper, and build quality is ik but it pretty much ends here.

There are no supports on top facing the mattress anymore, so it sags in-between the support beams. One of the thinner metal was bent pretty bad, there's no way it would provide proper support.

Competitiveness

These bi-fold box springs are quite expensive too but i guess we are paying for the convenience.

I contacted zinus customer service, advised them of the damages and simply asked for a replacement cloth cover.
