Pros

Fit and finish is very good on this, though i was surprised that the 10 cross slats just drop into u brackets and sit there. It is very sturdy. No defects or obviously substandard parts.

Mine is a 14 inch. Very spacious underneath. Storage under it isn't too crazy but you can fit some totes and whatnot under it.

Cons

Customer service is non-existent. To make a warranty claim, they want a picture of the instruction sheet and missing items. Will be returning.

The mattress hangs over the end and is getting ripped apart by exposed metal frame. Instructions on the positioning of the double sided tape slats came at step 8, 2 full steps after it tells you to put the slats.

Box was not delivered by amazon and the box was all tore up and damaged.

I have had my been frame for 8 months now and the comfort is great, the quality is perfect, and it was simple and easy to put together.

The light is quite bright and well built and it comes with extra fuses, a relay, a switch, a fuse holder all prewired.

Hubby and i had it together within a half hour, didn't have to start over once.

Easy assembly, sturdy, and folds in half for storage after unhooking the 4 end leg braces (by loosening 4 wing nuts).

Price

Overall, i'd say it was worth the money, especially with the sale price i got it for!

Arrived on time, it took me like 15 minutes to assemble and it has saved my back.

It was delivered fast and was very way to assemble.

Packaging/appearance

I appreciated that they included an extra package in the box with extra parts and a better wrench to make installation easier.

Arrived in a rectangle box super heavy!

Came with tools to tighten the screws so didn't have to hunt in a toolbox.

Came with l the screws and tools doesn't make any noise.
