Pros

I couldn't be happier with this mattress overall. Within a month most of my pain was gone. The queen size mattress feels great. The only complaint is that there aren't any handles on the sides.

Quality and price are outstanding.

Cons

The mattress now sags when i lay on it - right around where my lower back hits the mattress. It sinks on the edges when we sit on the edge to set the alarm clock.

It is impossible for me to compress and roll, then shrinkwrap a mattress. The mattress was delivered without a box, the plastic was torn, and the mattress was soiled. There is not enough memory foam on top of the plastic springs.

This mattress is now in our guest room and we purchased a thicker zinus mattress for our room.
