Pros
Fan is very powerful and extremely quiet! Sound is very manageable. Not too big, not too loud, not too costly. Works good for me. During any callsor meetings on my laptop, it won't be an hindrance.
Bought for emergency purpose, working fine infact. Its handy for travelling. It makes my summer easy in hostel. Very useful fan esp.
Light weight, small size, value for money. However its little pricey even when on discount. Just go for it.

Its a bit noisy on the 3rd speed setting and quite a loud on the 4th fastest speed setting

Good if you want to use it as a personal fan on your desk at home or office while sitting a couple of feet away anything more than that and you wont feel any breeze from it

Even at lowest setting the fan is audible and at the highest speed it is very whiny

No battery means no portability but it is quite light and reasonably stable
