Of course following their directions as to how to take it fit perfectly into how i already eat with larger meals earlier in the day but still by far the best supplement i have ever used
When i called on monday after new years i was told i could not get a refund because it was now over 30 days and even tho they were closed he had the nerve to tell me i should have emailed them
