And the cost is prohibitive, even if there are six of them for $90.
I did knock off a star for the high price and unknown longevity.
Like i said in my headline, they are expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Using this for sewing and quick opening light tape/packing.
We were provided these in a nice restaurant to cut the pizza.
What i'm disappointed in as the package was open when i received them.
It comes with a little case to keep them protected.

They are not conductive and dont seem to cause browning when i cut off lettuce leaves

When i cut up lettuce with a steel knife the edges would turn brown as it was stored in the refrigerator so i have also switched to ceramic knives as well for this purpose

And the tips a a tiny bit blunted so they dont catch dig in where not wanted

Theres no locking mechanism on the scissors so if the cap comes off or is lost or broken the scissors will always be open which could be a problem
