Quality

It’s easy to install & more sturdy functionally.

It was a perfect fit, good quality and easy install.

Low quality milgard mortise lock stopped functioning.

Latch broke on my sliding door and could not find a replacement piece anywhere and thought i was going to have to replace the full handle.

Price

Saved me about $60 since the big box stores only carry the entire handle and lock set.

Thanks for saving us hundreds of dollars.

Much cheaper($) than what i could find elsewhere.

I had read reviews that said there would be room for the extended one and it was $5 cheaper, so i ordered it.

Shipping

One day later it arrived and fit perfectly.

The part arrived in a timely manner and we were able to fix our patio door right away.

It arrived today and she installed it after viewing the diy video (1 minute and 35 seconds) and reviewing the one page instruction sheet.

So for $10 and next day delivery, i fixed the door.

Competitiveness

After going to lowes and looking online, on a whim, i decided to try this lever even though it was obviously longer than the original one.
