Pros
They are also way less noticeable under clothing. They wrinkle just a little at the bottom of the pads. They are actually fuller than i expected, but once you put your clothes on over them, they give you just enough.
Cons
It has been washed on numerous occasions and still has alot of black dye when wash it. The hip pads are hard and don’t cover well as well as the * is short in the crouch.

I bought these my size xl love them but they are too big went and purchased a large and they were still too big def size down

From the back it does do some shaping but since it only has hip pads it doesn’t give much in the back
