Pros
Certified organic vegetable glycerin, and distilled water. It is organic and gmp certified.
Easy to measure and only needs about 2oz of water per dose. Add one full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz of water or juice, 3 times daily or as directed by your physician. The dropper is soft and works well.
The coating on my * feels nice. It sooths my *. It does a nice job of lubricating my vocal cords and easing minor sore throats.
Liquid supplements are much easier to take than a pill/capsule. The powder/pills are still more effective than the liquid. This product is of very high quality.
Easy to add to a glass of water,smoothie or even a softer single serving food. It is easy to dispense as well, without drips or leaking.
Cons
After taking the bottle, i am not really sure what this is for. I have chronic ibs and this did nothing for me.

This product is cheaper than making a tincture or glycerite myself with slippery elm bark.
It is also very economical if this is something you take (or give to pets) regularly.

I decided i was not a huge fan of their formulas that contain sugar because i suffer from sibo and that is a nono for sibo sufferers
