Switched to sps because of rave reviews and was not disappointed. Shipping is prompt on food/hay, generally shipped out next day.

Cons

I'm now stuck with about 50lbs of unusable hay. If i'm not able to return it, i guess this will be money wasted and a lesson learned.

Strain is tiny strands (or broken or cut), brittle - and most of it is almost dust. If your animals just need nesting material then it's great. My guinea pig cannot eat it.

It looks like a * mixture if weeds or something else mixed in there. It also has a strange smell.
