Quality
I used a baby tooth brush to lightly brush her all over with this product.
I love this product, i use it on my puppy and has kept her from getting fleas and ticks.
If you are looking for something that is safe to use on your little critters this is the product.
But i don't see why this product wouldn't work for what it says it does.
Packaging/appearance
Was a hint of lemon/cinnamon i know that sounds weird but not over bearing.
Was scared on using this due to some reviews of hamsters dying .

The smell is a little overpowering at first but it is a pleasent smell, i have a handicapped dog and this helps his skin.
