Plus, can't beat having it delivered- just wish they offered prime shipping!

Only issue was that i ordered 60lbs but the shipping weight is 57.

Packaging/appearance

The packaging wasn’t as huge which was really good since i live in an apartment.

They deliver the hay completely packed in the box.

Competitiveness

Saves many trips to pet store and at a quarter of the price!

It is pricer than other brands but for me i don’t care.

Its stiffer than other brands, but buns don't seem to care - and you can't beat the price!

Not to mention being able to support a smaller business.
