The quality of this grip is excellent.

Makes the camera much easier to grip and accessories easily attach and still fits a large pocket.

Without this cage, i always felt like i might drop my camera; i even put on the oem wrist strap every time, just in case.

The cameras built-in flash and the viewfinder pops out with no obstruction.

Price

Smallrig offers a lot of good products for a reasonable price.

Packaging/appearance

The package i got didn't have the correct wrench but i was able to find one in my workshop.

Competitiveness

Compared to the other half cage of the same brand, this one has a heavier weight and a better feel.

Also, this cage adds a tremendous amount of positive ergonomics to sony's default poor choices.
