Smallrig products are top-notch quality at a great price. It's amazing how hard these little brutes are to find and when you do the prices can be all over the place. The machined quality is also very good for the price!
Perfect replacement for standard flathead screw adapters. Fits the camera fine and is lightweight for traveling. Nice that the pics included measurements for exact comparison.
Cons
Total rubbish and a misleading item. The item is not returnable. It's conceivable that you could make it work by adding rubber washers to provide constant friction.

The harness came with some but there were some comments that they were not the best so i spent a few additional dollars and got these
