Your phone provides most of the stability but the plastic case doesn’t hold very tightly to the phone

Once the hand hold is on the case it will hold the phone better but the lock release for that accessory is on the bottom and you can barely detach your phone once you have attached to a tripod

It’s nice that it’s not bulky but i’m unsure of the actual protection it would provide if the phone dropped

I do love that i can mount the phone to a tripod with this but obviously youre stuck with only a vertical shot
