Pros

The 120b has cooling vents and an onboard fan. When it gets hot, the fan kicks in to cool the light back down. The fan is very quiet which is nice for filming.

Cons

Likely just a defective unit but very frustrating. Bright - but dead after 2 days (maybe 8 hours of use) of use.
