The hardware seems to be very well made. My only complaint is they do not work with multi switch outlets. They look beautiful and perform like a dream.

Cons
Touch plate for dimming seems like a good idea, but it's not. The faceplate with the switch was the wrong one. Power goes to the light fixture first instead of the switch.
The app is god-aweful. Use the app to turn on/off a light, you'll be confronted every time with flashing adds. I have multiple alexa enabled device and i have to say that this one of the worst to do simple tasks.
