Pros

Incredibly easy to install with my 20 year old craftsman (liftmaster/chamberlain) opener. Response time to both siri and alexa are great. The app is nice but i used the integration with smarthings and alexa.

Product works as advertised. It was packaged very nicely. This is a great upgrade.

It works seamlessly with my homekit setup. I like that only unlocked phones can control the garage door. Another benefit of smart things is that they have an iphone widget.

Cons

The craftsman 1 disconnects often. There's a wifi network configured just for smart devices like this this only broadcasts 2. Attempted 4 different times to contact them throughout the week directly and through their site, zero response.
