The manual is easy to read and explains throughly how to loop the rope through the handle. The length of the rope is adjustable and easy to assemble.

This jumprope is great for a beginner like myself looking to get in shape. It's definitely great for cardio! You can also use the handles alone for a quick arm workout.

Not worth the money and definitely not durable. I reset it multiple times and it did the same thing. Now it glitches and won’t start counting my jump count till halfway through my workout.
