Pros

Installation would be helpful to read the supplied instruction insert. The switch install is not that difficult if you have the basic knowledge of circuits. My only complaint is the faceplate.

App ui design is good, clear to follow. Figure it out with my new xfinity router.

Cons

Wifi light is on but the app says offline. Both are offline and won’t even reset unless i power off and on the circuit board. The switches never connect the with auto scan or the ez manual way.

These switches are cheaply made. Not only the cover is loose but the switch is also popped out after a few times of use. The first failed mar 2023 and the second failed jun 2023.

Quality

It was easy to set up & works great with the app.

I had an electrician install them, but set up was super easy with the app, and they connected to alexa automatically.

This did away with the second switch but it was no longer needed with the voice control anyway.

Packaging/appearance

Running esphome on these and currently have close to 30 in the hosue.

Competitiveness

I haven't had any connection issues that sometimes come with other smart products.

I'm no electrician but a diyer, i installed this with some difficulty due to the jumper wires too short.

Note, these require a 4th neutral wire!
