Pros

Brightness is about on par with the larger lamp. It is taller, but the footprint is similar, so unless you're putting these in a book shelf or entertainment center where height is a limitation, i'd probably lean towards that one.

Very bright and good color gamut. Lots of colors, brightness and timers. I love the many colors, the way it goes from light to lighter to super bright and thousands of color choices.

Light output works well. The footprint is tiny, but they give a really pretty glow. I was alerted to this smart light being on sale and decided to try it out.

I love the way this lamp easily syncs with my iphone. The one nitpick is i don't like the constant blinking red light on the side of the lamp.

The instructions on the product and in the homekit app repeatedly say to scan the qr code that is supposed to be on the product itself and on the packaging. However, there is no qr code on theproduct anywhere and the only qr code is on the packaging. ... Read More

This lamp disconnects from homekit constantly. I ask siri to turn on lamp and get a message that it is not able to detect the device.

Played around with the colors for a minute, wasn’t very impressed with the colors.

Unfortunately it doesnt seem that you can make the light smoothly transition in brightness with the sun.

Packaging/appearance

Like the touch controls up top, added it to google and alexa through the meross app and it works great, well worth the money for me.

I just don’t like the way the buttons look on the front.

Competitiveness

I love it you can change colors and i absolutely love that i can link it with my homepod!

This appears to be a homekit limitation, not with the light itself.

The meross app could use more features.
