Pros
The app shows you where to measure for places like waist, hips, abdominal. This particular one auto populates the field you select to measure as you’re measuring it. It makes tracking measurement effortless.
Fun little gadget. Best part is that it has bluetooth for an app. Very easy to use and sync with the app.
The tape measure is made with sturdy but pliable material. Love the app.
Cons
Terrible durability. Worthless except as your normal run-of-the-mill tape measure. Broke within about 8 months of purchasing.
The tape measure is complete retracted and it is measuring 5. When it saves to the app though it will still be the inaccurate measurement. The readout numbers are what went to my phone!

It’s worth the price and i would definitely buy again.
Very good for the money and works well with the app to keep track of your gains or losses.

It does seem to stick a little when trying to use but nothing that makes me not want to use it

It’s small and light weight but could use a lock button so you accidentally change the settings while using
