Pros
The watch has bluetooth call answering and dialing capabilities. Many activities are preloaded. The included app isn't perfect, but it works well enough to sync to the phone.
Da fit app is good and comes with all the basic settings/ health metrics. Offers heart rate monitoring, bp and blood oxygen level monitoring. Once i figure out what all of the symbols mean i will be fine.
Cons
It gets hot on my wrist, which i do not like. It has to be charged daily which is also very inconvenient.

The sound quality is pretty good on the watch as well.
The quality is nice and it is mostly comfortable to wear.
Also there is an app that you must download in order for your phone to connect with the watch.

Definitely a step up from my previous smartwatch.

Basically this watch copies some of the functions of your phone

The manual is written in several languages however the entire watch for all its functions gets about four pages per language
