Pros

The hoop is sturdy and once locked on waist it is easy to use. Takes a little time to get the hang of, but definitely a workout. Adjustable inches. We have a blast seeing who can do the most reps.

Cons

Came with no instructions and very hard to use. Dont recommend the ball gets stuck on the track and doesnt work well. I wear a size 14 pants and this did not fit around my waist.
