Quality
Very effective in hot weather and comes with a usb lead for charging.
It's very easy to use, fairly quiet (of course you get the wind noise which means it's doing the job well) and powerful.
It doesn't adjust but the flow was good enough with its 4 settings to feel the effects and the noise wasn't so intrusive.
Battery life seems to work for a few hours and the stand y is a few days.
Price
For the price, i'd recommend this fan.

On the first day i received it, there was about 60% charge.
Came mostly charged, didn’t take long to get to 100%.

It arrives in a box, needing to be fully charged.

This will not suit you if you have a bigger neck there is very little flex to get it around your neck
