I couldnt get the plug out using the tool and had to revert to my old potentially damaging way of plug removal using a small screw driver to lift the plug and needle nose pliers to pry it out

Theres no way that my partner will be able to use the plug removal tool and hand pump to add air

I am 58 and i bought the taller ball but its still too short

I thought my ball was at its max and the tape allowed me to see that it wasnt a full 65cm
