I ordered these for my hubby and he said he rather have a full mouth guard vs the front mourth piece so i had to send it back

It took a little getting used to but from day 1 it didnt affect my sleep at all

I think you do have to read the directions a few times and make sure you follow them to the letter which could be the cause for some of the poor reviews
